- Dissolve the desired amount of sugar-free jelly crystals in boiling water. Stir the mixture until the crystals are completely dissolved.
- Add cold water to the dissolved jelly mixture. Stir the mixture well to ensure the jelly crystals and water are thoroughly combined.
- Transfer the jelly mixture to a container or individual serving dishes. Place the container(s) in the refrigerator to allow the jelly to set. The chilling time may vary, but typically it takes a few hours for the jelly to fully set.
