  1. Peel and slice the avocado in half, removing the stone.
  2. Mash the avocado halves using a fork or a masher. Add a splash of your baby's usual milk to the mashed avocado. Squeeze the juice of a lime or use the juice of an orange and add it to the avocado mixture.
